Hola!, welcome to jade and lime, my journal of my discoveries and what inspires me.

I am a full time mum to two young girls. I always had a passion for creating things, interior decor and moving furnitures around; my children often found it very amusing to come back from school and find that the living room was totally changed ( bookcases and sofas included ) and so I decided to take action and pursue my interests by attending interior design school.

Originally from Madrid, destiny brought me to the south of Ireland. I love the Irish countryside, from where I draw inspiration all the time but have to visit the city from time to time to remind me of the buzz I sometimes miss a tiny bit. Although I dabbled in interior design I discovered I also love paper creations and so with my heart divided between the two passions I have created this blog as a catalyst to showcase the two.
